Position Summary

Yoli is seeking multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our fun, positive and successful team. Yoli Sales and Service agents receive inbound calls to assist distributors and customers with product questions, sign-ups, orders, commissions plan, problem resolution, and other customer service related questions. Some outbound calling to update account information, promote products, and follow-up on problem resolution issues is included. Some agents also assist our customers through e-mail. Representatives actively promote Yoli products with most customer contacts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from distributors and customers and respond to questions regarding company policies, products, commissions, and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to distributors and customers.
  • Maintain call quality standards as outlined on the call quality review form.
  • Promote Yoli products/events on customer calls.
  • Correctly log all calls/transactions.
  • Apply training received to job functions.
  • Work to achieve team and individual customer service goals.
  • Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • Fluent Spanish/English bilingual skills
  • 1 or more years work experience
  • Call center or customer service experience (network marketing preferred, but not required).
  • Type 40 wpm, 10-key, basic PC skills (Microsoft applications).
  • A positive attitude is a necessity.
  • Professional phone manners and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with people and communicate with customers politely
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations.
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk throughout shift

Position Title: Project Coordinator                                                                                                                                                                                                Reports to: COO

Position Summary

Yoli is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to join our positive and successful environment. This is a part-time position with the possibility of it growing into a full-time position in 9 to 12 months. The Project Coordinator contributes to market expansion strategy through research, fact-finding, and project oversite.  The successful candidate will work with local government agencies to assess the process and requirements of business expansion.

Essential Job Functions

  • Documents necessary information and process flow for international licensing and registration.
  • Researches necessary decision driving data
  • Works with internal groups to gather and process required information
  • Monitors process and document flow
  • Interfaces directly with international teams
  • Designs plans to achieve all objectives and develop strategic plans to enhance them.
  • Prepares and implements various capture methods for business development.
  • Evaluates market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
  • Reviews competitor plans and effects of products and services in management.
  • Prepares and presents business proposals to executive leadership and provides business recommendations.

Position Summary

Is responsible for handling quality control of finished goods as well as product improvement and development.  Monitors and tests all incoming materials and handles quality clearance process for finished goods.  Handles internal quality issues in a compliant, professional and timely manner.  Coordinates new product development, manages product development calendar and drives new products from concept to completion.

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintains accurate records of incoming materials, quality requirements and quality issues.
  • Coordinates and analyzes testing of products at both raw material and finished goods state.
  • Releases finished goods.
  • Organizes and manages retain samples.
  • Manages quality issues and quarantined products.
  • Executes plant inspections and quality checks with manufacturers and co-packers.
  • Creates and manages product development calendar.
  • Researches and proposes new products and improvements to existing products.
  • Manages product formulation, labeling requirements, and claims.

The receptionist is responsible for serving customers that come in or call by greeting them, answering questions and notifying team members of their arrival.  Additionally, this person is responsible for maintaining the security and appearance of front the reception/lobby area and other customer areas.  The successful candidate will also act as an assistant to the COO in operational reporting, initiatives, and special projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Welcomes clients and visitors, over the phone or in person, by greeting them; transfers calls; answers or refers inquiries as needed.
  • Runs daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assists with special projects and initiatives.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes mail and packages.
  • Manages inventory of a small retail area.
  • Maintains the presentation of all customer-facing areas of the facility.

Position Title:  Fraud Operations Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish)                                                                                               Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Position Summary

Yoli is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join our team.  The fraud operations specialist is responsible for researching and analyzing account transactions to identify possible cases of fraud. The specialist will document and report all action to ensure that best practices and adherence to fraud policies are followed.  The fraud operations specialist will also participate in member account management including confirming member tax documents, managing credit card disputes between members and company, processing necessary permits, contacting customers when necessary to obtain additional needed information, and closing invalid accounts.  This position may be either full or part-time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review orders and perform analysis and investigation of instances of potential fraud
  • Release or cancel orders in company system
  • Document communications and processes both in company system and Member’s account
  • Communicate important patterns/risks
  • Handle all activities related to confirming/finalizing establishment of Member accounts
  • Meet daily and monthly department completion goals
  • Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Education, and Experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a network marketing organization preferred.
  • Experience working with Kount fraud detection software preferred.
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Position Title:  Warehouse Assistant

Position Summary

Yoli is seeking a part-time or full-time Warehouse Assistant. The Warehouse Assistant/Order Picker is responsible for picking, pulling and preparing daily orders for shipment, including loading and unloading inventory on and off delivery trucks. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and safely with great attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Picks orders in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Packages orders for shipping

  • Unloads inventory from delivery trucks

 Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently, bending, twisting and standing during work shift (up to ten hours at a time)
