We are currently seeking an experienced, talented Graphic Designer to take our creative strategy to an entire new level. Job Description

The Graphic Designer should have an artist’s eye and the ability to work with product development, sales, and design teams in the creation of sales and marketing materials including pre-press design files, prototypes, and product mock-ups. This is a fast-paced environment that requires quick turnaround times and strong problem-solving skills. A self-motivated individual is a must for this position. The Graphic Designer will produce a variety of design projects relating to events and printed catalogs, as well as create materials that are consistent with the company brand and that market events and products effectively and creatively.

Essential job functions

 

  • Create high-quality designs across media types. Projects may include logos, secondary graphics, signage, presentations, printed pieces, video and animation graphics, event sets and environments, logo merchandise, etc.
  • Offer mentoring and technical assistance to other team members and provide input and feedback during the design process when supervisor is not available.
  • Participate in creative strategy meetings with various stakeholders to determine project specifications and develop concepts and execution timelines.
  • Under general supervision, create innovative designs and determine layouts, including photo selection, placement, theme, type selection, size, color, and overall look and feel.
  • Participate in design reviews with team, manager, and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist with photography to be used in assigned projects and work to ensure that the composition, colors, and subject matter meet the requirements of the project.
  • Supervise printing and/or production of projects; visit printer and/or vendor (as needed) while job is in production to check for accuracy in color, registration, and quality so pieces are well-designed, professionally produced, and error-free.
  • Actively work to improve processes, quality, and cost efficiency of creative projects.
  • Communicate daily with manager and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a working graphic designer.
  • Solid knowledge of graphic design processes from ideation to completion including all press-ready concerns.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Expertise with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Experience with preparing artwork for production for a variety of vendors.
  • Experience with press checks and an understanding of the printing process. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with creativity, independence, and high standards.
  • High degree of initiative with an ability to work independently and a willingness to share ideas and contribute in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on quick turnaround, large-scale projects.
  • Must be willing to provide online or printed portfolio.

Position Title: Executive Assistant                                                                                                                                                                           Reports to: President

Position Summary

Yoli, LLC is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the President and Executive Team Members in Austin, TX. The Executive Assistant must be available for overnight travel up to 25-50% on a weekly basis, and schedule may include evenings and weekend events. The successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative, be results-oriented and effectively prioritize workflow.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports President and senior-level executive team.
  • Coordinates the President’s schedule, appointments, travel and reservation arrangements.
  • Interfaces directly with corporate teams to gather and process required information.
  • Manages projects and monitors processes; develops strategic plans to achieve objectives.
  • Works in an honest and ethical manner; maintains confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Effectively communicates and works well with all levels of employees.
  • Manages multiple tasks at all times and prioritizes appropriately in an efficient manner.
  • Is reliable and punctual for committed events and schedules; flexible schedule and travel required.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years working with senior-level executive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communications.
  • Computer literate with strong background in Windows applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel; ability to operate computer-related accessories.
  • Able to sit or stand and work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Extensive repetitive hand/wrist movements (telephone and computer keyboard).
  • Ability to do work that is very detail-oriented.

Position Title:  Marketing Specialist (Manilla, Philippines)

Position Summary: Yoli, LLC is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to work with the Manilla Philippines office team.  The Marketing Specialist’s primary responsibility will be the development, execution, and maintenance of Yoli’s communications channels with emphasis on social media marketing activities in the Philippines. The successful candidate must be results-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow, exercise good judgement, and show initiative.  The position carries additional responsibilities to assist with the creation and implementation of various other sales and marketing efforts including:

  • Driving and supporting profitable growth
  • Developing and executing various promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various sales and marketing activities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Management of social media accounts. Exhibit a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches in overall performance.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, marketing, and analysis of promotions, campaigns, and sales field incentives that drive sales. This may include leading content development and channel marketing activities such as web page content, email, direct mail, digital/print advertising, social media, search engine marketing, etc.
  • Create and execute marketing and social media plans and engagement calendars, including detailed analysis of market segments, business trends, and potential market opportunities
  • Website management including page maintenance, blog posting, etc. (WordPress experience a plus)
  • Manage budgets for SEO/SEM and social media
  • Execute Member and Customer Communications via email and social media channels
  • Assist in creating e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Interfaces with corporate teams and effectively communicates and works well with all levels of employees.
  • Manages projects and monitors processes; develops strategic plans to achieve objectives.
  • Works in an honest and ethical manner; maintains confidentiality on all business matters. 

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, coordinate, direct, implement, and adjust social media strategies on time and within budget
  • Build, listen to, and cultivate an online audience 
  • Partner with key online influencers and other key ambassadors to explore the expansion of follower count and overall supporters 
  • Work with graphic designers and video editors/producers as needed to produce creative materials for use in social media campaigns  
  • Recommend ideas for optimizing social media postings including ideas on how to engage the community while driving toward sales goals 
  • Works in an honest and ethical manner; maintains confidentiality on all business matters. 
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Broad and working understanding of sales and marketing 
  • BA/BS in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience in creating and executing marketing communications, sales plans  
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • A strong background and experience with social media strategy development and execution with a solid understanding of how to leverage content to increase engagement
  • Computer literate with a strong background in Windows applications
  • Track record of successfully managing social media projects of varying scale and meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized and self-directed with strong initiative
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to present information and ideas clearly
